POLICIES

J1S Bartending Solutions LLC "J1S Bartending" will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws including alcohol, safety, and health regulations. 

J1S Bartending will not serve alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21 or anyone who cannot produce valid ID.

J1S Bartending team members reserve the right to refuse service to any guest or host who is visibly intoxicated, appears under the influence of drugs, overly aggressive, or rude to team members or guests.

Payments:

- All payments are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date agreeable between the customer & J1S Bartending.

- Final and remaining balances are due as indicated on the invoice.

- All electronic payments are subject to a processing fee/service fee. 

- Past due payments/invoices will be subject to a $25/late fee per day until paid in full.

- Bookings are considered confirmed once deposit is paid.

- Bartending School attendees must pay tuition balances in full prior to the start of class.

- Bartending School attendees are allowed one class reschedule per booking. After one reschedule, attendee must rebook and pay another deposit to enroll.

Mobile Bartending & Private Event Services:

- A minimum of 4 hours of service is required for all Mobile Bartending Services

- Additional fees be be applied if requested to provide services longer than the initial service agreement.

- All events are subject to an automatic gratuity as determined by J1S Bartending.

- All bookings are considered confirmed once the deposit is paid.

- A final guest count is due 7 days prior to your event. J1S Bartending will not be held responsible for shortages or surplus due to inaccurate guest counts or overindulgent guests.

- Due to state alcohol laws, all alcohol and necessary permits must be obtained by the client. All alcohol provided for events should be new & unopened. Any surplus of alcohol will be returned to the client at the end of the event.

- No refunds will be issued for unused supplies.

- If requested to extend services beyond agree bar service hours, additional fees will be incurred to the final balance and must be paid within 24 hours of the conclusion of services.

J1S Bartending may post photos and videos captured during classes/events on social media platforms, websites, and other online platforms. Such platforms may have their own privacy policies and terms of use. J1S Bartending Solutions LLC shall not be held liable for any issues that may arise from the use of photos and videos on such platforms.

 Proof of Insurance and COI requests should be submitted in writing via email at least 7 days prior to your event.
